09h00 am: Departure from Guimarães in your own private vehicle, in the direction of Quinta da Avessada - Favaios - Douro;

10:30 am: Reception and Start of the day, with a visit to the Enoteca Gardens, savoring a Muscat of Honor to the sound of the concertina;

11:30 am: We then go to the vineyards where the grapes are cut and their transport to the winery, accompanied by the group of traditional Portuguese music.

12:30 am: Wine Tasting attended by the Oenologists of Quinta da Avessada being served also some appetizers.

1h00 pm: Traditional Duriense Lunch at Quinta da Avessada, with drinks included.
Meal made in iron pots in the good way of the old customs and traditions of the art of well-cooking. Meatball (specialty); Varied sausages; Cheese from the Serra; Wheat of Favaios (specialty); Soup to Labrador with beans and Muggle cabbage; Pataniscas of cod with Bean Rice and coriander or Mixed Grilled with Bean Rice; Regional Sweets and Fruit of the season; Coffee and home made jams.

pm: Start of the tread of the grapes, to the rhythm of the group of traditional Portuguese music.

4:00 pm: Documented proof of liqueur wines in the Enoteca space.

5h00 pm: End of an unforgettable day.


End of the program and return to Guimarães.
